170.75 P25-appears to be a security patrol, talk of walk-around and mentioned ops at Curtis and 19th streets in Denver

I've had this freqency in the radio and monitor it occasionally, thinking this maybe the 16th street mall, but just recently notice that there using encyption now. Yesterday dispatch was in the clear and the other unit was garbled and today mostly all garbled have'nt heard any dispatchers yet. Just FYI.

Didn't say what one you had trouble with...
1.) Open the PDF file in your PDF reader(Adobe Acrobat). You can zoom in on the map.
or
2.) Click on the photo for the map and make sure you are viewing it in "Large" or "Original". You should be able to read it fine.
