Jeffrey brought this to my attention....can any of our Denver Safety system frequenters confirm these from the Denver Public Safety system:

792 06-030 A DFD DIA FD-1 DFD DIA FD Channel-1 Patch Fire Dispatch
831 06-077 A DFD DIA FD-2 DFD DIA FD Channel-2 Patch Fire-Tac
907 07-013 A DFD DIA FD-3 DFD DIA FD Channel-3 Patch Fire-Tac

I have 792 as fireground 8, 831 as incident 8 and 907 as event 8. Given this configuration, it would seem that this may have been a temporary/short-term setup, but I could be wrong. We also have these in the same system:

1619 12-103 A DIA DFD-1 DIA (DFD 1) Fire Dispatch
1624 12-110 A DIA DFD-2 DIA (DFD 2) Fire-Tac
1625 12-111 A DIA DFD-3 DIA (DFD 3) Fire-Tac

I would just like to know if either of these is correct and what to do with any wrong ones.

Thanks!

They are correct. 792, 831, and 907 are the TG's in Denver FD radios, the 1619, 1624, 1625 are the TG's in DIA system. The lower # TG's on the Denver system are patched into the DIA system. The DIA DFD units can use their radios on the Denver system and that's why both sets of TG's are in the Denver system.

So will we hear the same thing on TG 792 and TG 1619, etc or will they carry different traffic?

Yes, if a DFD radio is on DIA DFD-1, you will hear the same thing.

Right now, TG 792 is SAID TG 1540. TG 831 is SAID TG 1542, and TG 907 is SAID TG 1543. The 15xx TG's are SAID patches.

If you only program in 792, 831, and 907, the GRE and Uniden scanners should show it as a Patch.

I updated 3 of the DFD TG's. Hopefully the description field makes it more clear now.
