Hello I dont know if this is the right fourm to ask this question or not. What radio is being used for this feed?

You have to contact the broadcaster directly. If you go to the feed page, there is a button to contact the provider, send them a message and ask your questions.

Do I log in with my Radioreference account and then ask him the question. I never done this before.

Log in. On the feed page click on the red "Contact Broadcaster" button and it will take you to their page where you can send them a private message *or*
you can ask a question through "Report a Problem" without logging in. Make sure your account accepts private messages and emails to receive a reply.
