San Diego Sheriff has several DES talkgroups on RCS. Does anyone know what "DES" stands for? Thanks

The RCS has several talkgroups that are designated for use by law enforcement agencies as needed. Operations on these talkgroups are encrypted. The Digital Encryption Standard (DES) is commonly used for these conversations.
