Every ham operator in the city with visible antennas can relate to this.

So were I a 11 meter freebander running 1 kilowatt broadcasting BS over the airwaves, I am a conscientious and responsible person, but if I get an Amateur Extra license, set up a proper antenna, and run 25 watts on 10 meters trying to make contacts in JP, I am evil?

Well, I better do a proper job then and get a 1,000 watt UHF amp, connected to a 2.5 GHz transmitter and a Yagi antenna on an auto pan and tilt mechanism with motion control software that auto detects humans to zap them.

All said in Pythonesque humour, right!

There is nothing wrong with hating hams; they don't live by any rules,

Spontaneous utterance, sounds like AI5DH professes to not live by rules, doesn't like being told NO, and hates himself because, until he mans up and surrender that ticket, has zero room to talk about anyone else. Hams are our own worst enemy, this ham is living proof.
