i know in Texas the Department of homeland security is putting up a lot of repeaters all over Texas. dose anybody have a list of DHS frequencies.

You would want to monitor the repeater output frequencies, which are shown in the first column.

P25 digital in some areas. Encrypted at times, but not always.

The other night in Las Vegas I was hearing P25 traffic in the clear on 167.2125. I'm pretty sure I got it somewhere as DHS.
