Did the F.C.C. Database "crash?"

Hmmmmm,

Did some middle Eastern terrorist "Crash" the F.C.C. database? I keep getting a msg that the "backend server" is =gone, LOL! Tennis anyone?...."Mr Mc Enroe to serve", hehehehe.

If they "techs" at the F.C.C. were gonna do maintenance or upgrades, shouldn't they notify folks? Oh well, I should be watching the NASCAR All-Star races.
