Digital scanner needed in southwest Ark??

I have 2 older scanners and am going to get back into scanning. By the looks of reviews, I'd like to get a Uniden BCD996T. But before I spend the money I'd like to know if I'll gain anything over a BCT-15. I live about 15 miles North of Texarkana and don't know if I'd be able to benefit from the digital signal.

Arkansas is on AWIN, a P-25 digital system, and many counties and cities are migrating to AWIN,so you will need a digital scanner.

OEM, State Police, Highway Police, DEQ, Most Of The Sheriff's Offices, anything else statewide related are on that system, It's really a benefit to have digital.. Even on the outskirts of the state.
