I'm staying at Disney world and stopped by Shades of green as I have family staying there they are no longer using Analog they are now on DMR when I heard of of the staffs radios going off. I'll be scanning and see if I can find anything when I visit it again.

They started operating mixed mode analog / DMR quite a few years ago when they installed Hytera RD982 repeaters and started integrating Hytera portables into the existing mix of Moto and Kenwood gear.

No idea if that is still current equipment now

I'll have to try monitoring again when I return to Florida I leave in a few hours but I'll be returning in a few months to Disney world so I'll be listening in again.

correct they are DoD
but since no one has specified...
are we talking about the Part 90 FCC allocations or the NTIIA 5 Repeater pairs ??
I did a bit of digging and I'm not 100% sure but it appears to be NTIA issue and not FCC part 90. I believe Part 90 allows only for interoperability on those frequencies with other agencies like Public Safety to Government or Military. I used 406.175 which is one of their repeater frequencies to research. It appears this document covers NTIA issuance criteria. You probably already knew this info anyway but I found it somewhat interesting.

406-420 are all NTIA allocations, the only time you may find them in the FCC is when/if the NTIA agrees to share and then the Part 90 Agency must file thru the FCC

examples
- Many statewide VHF Trunks have NTIA approval to use frequencies which can be revoked
- State/City/County Hydrological telemetry
