OP needs to explain what is meant by "digital numbers". That isn't normal radio terminology and could mean anything.
Duncan PD and Stephens County have DMR conventional repeaters. They don't use OKWIN.
The talkgroups for those are on the main county page.
Look for TG 9600 and TG 9100 in the Tone column.
Those are the only two that have been submitted so far.

Stephens county is in the Southwest RMA area and those OKWIN talkgroups are not in the database.
