I was just in Strathroy on the 3rd. and PD is using DMR as listed in the database. Fire was still analog. All Strathroy freqs listed are correct.

Correct. Strathroy Works & PD are DMR, that's about it. Fire is slowly headed that direction but it won't be anytime soon.
