DMR systems not tracked

I'm receiving the transmission from some DMR repeaters that either DSDplus than dsd-fme are not tracking (only the CC is showed).
Moreover DSDplus is not blocking the transmission if encrypted.

I suspect that are systems utilizing Hytera "OTA encryption" feature, but DSDplus show "RAS" wich should be a Motorola exclusive feature.
It can be that DSDplus detect a CRC error and show RAS even if is not ?
Anyone experience the same ?

Just glancing at that, pretty sure that is Hytera OTA Encryption
