New systems are popping up in 860-862 MHz now that rebanding is complete and new frequencies are available.
I'm hearing a new DMR Tier III system (Cap Max, I think) on 860.33125 MHz. DSDPlus Fastlane identifies the system as color code 8, network H3, site H3-22 (isolated), with RAS in use. This is the lower half of the 21K7D7W emission (two adjacent DMR carriers on one 25 kHz channel) on 860.3375 MHz, licensed to WRTM248, Zerep Management Corp. That licensee is associated with Valley Vista Services.
The site was very briefly on the air yesterday, and is on the air while I am writing this post. I have not checked the 800 MHz upper spectrum in the last few months, so I don't know exactly how new this system is.
All frequencies on that license, with the +/- 6.25 kHz channel splits, are:
