Question, Is MotoTRBO Trunk the same as DMR T3?

You can’t change a system type after it has been created. No matter if you imported it or keyed it in by hand. The Sentinel software and Radio Referance has the system as a MotoTRBO. Doing a search in the frequency range, my SDS 200 is finding the frequencies and displaying it as DMRT3. I went into the sentinel software to change it, but the software will not let me change the system type. What am I overlooking? Or maybe should I build the system myself? Any help is appreciated.
I have all the information programed into the scanner. It is what I pulled from Sentinel software. It is receiving from the system, but no transmissions are coming thruogh. I did a search in the frequency range and am able to recieve it on the assigned frequencies. I am stumped on this one.A TIII system is still programmed as MotoTRBO trunked, there shouldn't be a need to change system type if you already set it as MotoTRBO trunked. Just set the applicable frequencies, LCNs, color code & talkgroups if known and you should be good to go
Already done.Be sure to submit an update to the RRDB with your confirmed findings
MOTOTRBO is MSI's brand name for DMR. That can be simplex, conventional repeated, or trunked; it's not limited to just "Mode II" or "default DMR mode" (whatever that is).No its regular DMR. Mode II or what ever the default DMR mode is for most DMR radios.
