It could be a number of things going wrong. If you have 2k or XP, check this first: Click on Start > Run > and type in .. command.
A new window will open up, now type nslookup.
What we are testing for is to see if in fact your assigned DNS server is working. You should see some information about the server, its resolved name and its IP address.
Here is what I get:
- C:\>nslookup
Default Server: ns2.ok.cox.net
Address: 68.12.16.25
>
At the > prompt type in
www.radioreference.comI am guessing that you not see this.

Whatever result you get is important because it will give you a clue as to where your DNS is broke at. Make a note of what it is doing and post it here, or you can IM me a phone number and I can give ya a call.
