Try taking the radio outside to see if it locks onto a control channel. Once it locks on, you should be able to listen. Often times my 436HP will not find a control channel in certain parts of the house. You need to find the sweet spot. Also an upgrade to a new 800mhz antenna will help.

I agree. My 325 "woke up!"

Any possibility you could Share your findings?

I first got the dmr upgrade, still couldn't tune in, sent my radio back to bearcat warehouse, they verified everything was ready to go. Still no traffic from my county. I watched youtube videos, read this forum, etc. I played around with it enough to try to change my dmr threshold from "auto" to 1, then to 2, then to 3, etc. I finally turned in @6. A part of my problem also is my location, in some parts of my home I can't hear any traffic. I found the sweet spot and now I'm finally hearing cleburne s.o, ems, fire.
