Do I need to worry about blowing my RSP1B front end?

I have my rsp1b connected to a 150' long wire antenna that slopes from my 3rd floor home office window across my lawn down to a tree.
I also have a 5' long 2m/70cm jpole hanging in the window of the same home office.
Do I need to worry about impacting the SDR electronics if I transmit with 25W or 65W using my 2m mobile radio?

It seems like the 2m XMIT antenna is very close to the SDR RX antenna - can I damage the SDR electronics?

Yes, you do need to be concerned. However, coaxial RF power limiters are available which should protect the receiver from all but the most extreme exposures of this type, and they aren’t expensive. Just google for “RF power limiters” and you’d should find suitable units.

I use a handful or so of those HP / Agilent filters to protect my scanners/receivers at home and in vehicles. This includes ADS-B receivers as well as a television that uses an outdoor antenna.
