Well, today I cleaned out my car and washed it, and it finally looks presentable. I have a Uniden BCD996XT Scanner, and Yaseu Radio. I also have light bars in front and back, along with two NMO antennas and one small magnetic one (looks only, not connected to anything).

I'm going to take a wild stab into oblivion and assume since this volunteer firefighter has strobes, the F & R switches are for the Front and Rear strobe lights.

Based on that, I would quess that the "F" switch would turn on the front light bar and the "R" switch would turn on the rear light bar, but "F" could set their GPS to find the closest Wendy's for a Frosty and "R" may be for the nearest bar-b-que joint for some ribs. It's hard to tell from the switch markings.

Yep, F is for Front lights, R is for Rear lights.
