Donating Member Features

Hello, has anyone else had problems accessing the donating members areas after donating via PayPal? I sent in a donation four days ago, and this morning I was finally able to access the donating members features (pdf's, MyRR Configuration). Later today I logged in and those options are not available to me.

It almost seems like I was setup this morning, but then the access was taken away? I have sent a couple messages to blantonl but haven't heard back.

If anyone had suggestions on what to do next, I would appreciate it.

Make sure your status is "logged in", most of the time I default to that but on occassion I notice that I'm not, perhaps due to some sort of cookie deletion.

Yes, I am logged in. I see that in the upper left hand corner. My status is also online in the "Your Account" section. I have tried logging out and in a few times and that doesn't seem to do the trick either.

I'm having the same problem. Is this a scam or something? Do you have to donate a certain amount?

I emailed webmaster@radioreference.com about the problem and the problem has been fixed. Brancieri, I would try that route.
