I have a Bearcat BCT8 - Lately I haven't been able to hear both sides of the conversations between the DPS officer and the dispatch center. Previously I was able to listen in. Any ideas on why I can only get the dispatch side? Im in Greenlee County in southeastern AZ and listening on DPS Freq 460.3250.
