DPS SMA 1A stuck mike

Apparently there is someone on SMA 1A that has the mike on his radio keyed on accident. The Comm Center asked several times if someone needs help and he replied, "No. Sorry, I hit the button on accident." Well this stopped for a while but picked back up again and it has been going on for about the last 30mins to hour. The Comm Center asked several times if he needed help but there has been no answer. It is quick key ups and releases.

I was gonna ask what site, then checked and I had my entire SMA bank locked out! I wonder who it is? My bet is it's David L Moss (I hear jailers on SMA 1A all the time yelling over and over for Master Control, you think after an entire minute of it they'd check to see what channel they're on :roll: )
