I am using the DSD+ fast lane 2.165 and I am loving it, but I am running into a problem.

I am a Linux user so I am using WINE to run DSD+. I am using DSD+ to decode the voice channels using Pulseaudio and GQRX. I just signed up for RR premium to download the DSD+ data files and imported the data files to the DSD+ folder. Now when I run GQRX and DSD+ and GQRX found a signal of the voice channel and let DSD+ decode the voice channel the DSD+ will show the talkgroup ID but it will not show the alias at all.

I am using the DSD data files for LWIN or Louisiana Wireless Information Network.

Am I'm doing something wrong or how it could be fixed?

Thank you,

If you're just monitoring the voice channels, there's nothing broadcast on them to tell DSD+ what the system's WACN value is, so DSD+ can't associate group calls with your DSDPlus.groups data. If you edit the file data and change the BEE00.1BD values to 0, DSD+ will start making use of the talkgroup aliases. Just tested it here and it works fine for Phase I voice calls.

Slicerwizard,

You are the best! Just did the edit and it is now working like a charm!
