Yes, they still respond and updates are still being done, it was the holiday season, and DSD+ is not a large commercial operation, a little patience please.

Hey there,

Paid for fastlane in 2020, received it on a second day.

Now I lost program files, tried to download DSD fatslane again, but old link isn't working. It's just shows blank page.

I wrote about the situation to
dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com, dsdplusinformationminister@gmail.com 2 days ago... Yes I'm not patient, but I need that ASAP
Maybe I'm missing something?

Check your spam folder and or use your emails search function and search for " dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com " For valid business they are pretty responsive.

Yep, nothing. Not sure if I'm still considered "valid business" since they haven't sent me an email for 2 years and I bought the $33CAD subscription back in 2016.

No do not pay again. Just compose another email and confirm you are sending to the right email. dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com

Opps, got you confused with someone else. As @Whiskey3JMC pointed out, check your statements to see if payment went thru.

If the withdrawal hit your statement then no, don't pay again. If no response from the developer you can always dispute the charge with whomever you made the payment with

I received this letter: "This email confirms your unlimited membership in the DSD+ Fast Lane program." on 2020-09-29. I also received the programme itself and updates. However, I had to reinstall windows OS, I lost Fastlane.
The old download link is no longer active..
