I have my install files, and was able to download the updates but cannot located the password to extract the updated files.
Is this password the same across the board or is it unique to each purchase? If it’s the same across the board, I can provide proof of purchase to someone that is willing to share the password with me.
I’ve sent 2 emails in the past 2 weeks, one from the email address for my PayPal, one for where I had the software registered to, and both have gone in-answered. Both emails contained the exact date in regards to when I purchased the software(lifetime license), as well as the email it’s registered too.
Just looking to update my files, that’s all.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Password is unique to each account
Do you have your original email? Was it 1 year or lifetime?
It was a lifetime. I do have the email but not the one with the password, just the one that says I’ll receive an email from them shortly. See attachment below :

I joined fastlane in 2016 and the last email I received that contained the password was for 2.228 on 12 21 2019.
You joined in 2020.
I would use your emails search function and search each of these email addresses.

And also search the following text as when searched, it brings up every copy that has my password. Remove the quotes"The zip file password"
I’ve done that and the only things that pop up is the above email, and the emails I’ve sent to those addresses recently regarding this matter.
I’ve still not received a reply email to any of the now 3 emails that I’ve sent, from 2 different email addresses. Kind of thinking I’m SOL here.

Not sure what to say. I have seen others email them and receive a response in a short time. Hopefully they respond to you asap.
