My question is because. I downloaded the Zip file. Then I extracted the contents. Wh3en I tried to run DSD+, I kept getting an error.

What error are you getting? Are you using the free version of DSD+ or DSD Fastlane? Can you post a screenshot

Have you downloaded the DLL files as well from the same Webpage?

The error message says otherwise. Read the included txt file where it tells you to make sure lame_enc.dll is in the folder along with dsdplus.exe.
Also in your pic you can see where alphabetically between FMP-VC and LRRP.cfg there is no lame_enc.dll
And since you are using the old old old free version, you probably want to start it up using CC.bat rather than just clicking on dsdplus.exe. You can read what the various command line switches do in the txt files so you can craft a custom .bat file to start DSD+ how you would like it to.

I deleted all DSD. Then, Downloaded DSD again, along with DLL file. Placing it all in the same directory. Now it runs.

It is giving me this error-

How are you inputting to DSDPlus? Through an external audio cable, using SDR#, or using FMP

So you don't have an SDR?
Using FMP requires that an SDR Dongle be inserted into the PC's USB Port and the correct drivers installed before starting. You don't use FMP if your input source is via a discriminator tapped scanner output, or using SDR# (or other program) to control tuning.
You need to read every txt file in the DSD directory.
Some additional info for getting started using many various devices and software can be found here.
