DSD Input/Output Settings

Greetings,
I'm monitoring a NXDN system, and I see many TG on the VC activity screen, but no voice. The thushold is @ 50 as are the TG. I know that the TG are not encrypt. Where do you have the "input and output" set too? I have been changing things and not I'm not sure what are the right settings.

Are you sure it is being directed to a voice channel at all. Go to the Control menu and make sure you have "Combined CC/VC Monitor" selected if you are trying to trunktrack a trunked system and are hoping to hear voice.

Output should be set to your speakers. Input is fine (or you wouldn't be seeing activity for TGs and such).

THank you, that's what I thought. But I had made so many changes, I lost my to get back to what they should be.

That's why you shouldn't make too many changes. Out of the box it should be ready to decode everything.

If you ever get so stuck, having switched around too many settings to know what the defaults where, you can always shut down DSDplus, delete hte DSDplus.bin file, and then restart. Don't do that if you aren't prepared to lose your previous settings though.
