DSDPlus fastlane, site change spam when ALLCALL comes in and weird IDs

I have been having a a few problems when monitoring a local CAP+ 4CH system.
First, whenever a TXI broadcast call is placed on the system, DSD client starts to spam the site info (see first screenshot), it stops when the call ends, to fix this i can make the program go into passive digital monitor mode instead of combined CC/VC monitor but I'd like to know if there is a fix for this not to happen at all.

Second problem, I can't seem to understand what some of the information it is giving me means. Some TG IDs and radio IDs show up in a weird (number)-(number) format and I dont understand what that is supposed to mean because as far as I know radio/TG IDs need to be decimal numbers.

It could be something that is done differently than North American systems so perhaps a recording sent to the DSDPlus email could help for a future release.

Yes, still active. Latest update was just in March.
