Going to have to probably work that out yourself. All depends on location, what works for one person may not for another.

Greater Austin/Travis Regional Radio System (GATRRS) Trunking System, Austin, Texas - Scanner Frequencies

I'll take a stab, first try attenuation if that doesn't work then try these in the order listed, turn off Digital and Analog ADC, ADC 0 DAC 0, then open p25 threshold to 50-95, still no improvement try 72 or 56 with DSP. If you are listening to multiple sites under one programmed trunked system tighter p25 thresholds 75-95 are to keep sites rotating, if you loosen them up to 15-95 you'll need to have the sites programmed as different systems altogether.

Also you may want to ask this question in the Texas Radio Discussion Forum, might find someone with some settings.

The DSP setting is going to be very marginal improvement if any.

First, work on the following:

Program one site only.

Program the active control channel only.

Turn the squelch all the way down.

Buy a better antenna tuned for 800 MHz.

Consider a directional antenna.

On my post it's suppose to say "Digital and Analog AGC" not "ADC". As suggested your locals might know better, but if they aren't forthcoming with info, that won't be much help.

But he also still does mean don't put the ADC above 0. They are on the bottom left of the Advanced Features tab.

If you want it to work well, first try the things I listed.
