DTMF or ANI decoding

I am hearing more fire departments using dtmf or (ANI) when they are transmitting . I know that Kingston and Central Frontenac are using it now. I was wondering if anyone had software that I could monitor it with with my bc246 and my laptop.

Could you not use a DTMF decodeer , that uses the sound card ?
