Click the Frequencies tab then click Emission and see what Emission Designators are listed.

Radio IDs

It looks like there are two sets of RIDs in the 91xx and 93xx ranges.
One is probably mobile radios and the other portables. I don't know which is which.
Dispatch is RID 1.

how you get the dmr i use a GRE scanner do you need software?

You need a DMR capable scanner, Several Uniden models are upgradeable to DMR and Whistler makes 2 models TRX-1 (handheld) and TRX-2. I've had better luck with Uniden. Or you can set up a system on a PC, but the mobility of that is limited.
