Jake, I'm just guessing here. I say, the smaller the park, the less need for a repeater-thus use GMRS/MURS radios. When noone has an answer, you have to find it yourself.( I do it all the time ) . Get a pro 106 and run the GMRS/MURS search when you go near there. If no results, throw on a signal stalker, all bands..

wHAT IS IT YOU ARE CALLING A "SIGNAL STALKER"? Is is a scan of a frequency range or is that a function of the pro-106. I've used an Opti-Scout running it in near field receive mode but you have to be fairly close.

Actually, SIGNAL STALKER is better than CLOSE CALL.( my opinion ) This may not be the forum for comparison, but I want Jake to get ALL the freqs he can with the BEST equipment.. Or use both... Good luck Jake, remember, patience, they'll talk..
