Dupage County Database

Hello,

I am attempting to add DuPage frequencies using sentinel, but it is not adding the control frequencies. I see that there is a simulcast listed. Therefore, this scanner is not grabbing the communication whereas my other one is. Are others having this problem and/or, is there a way to add the control channels manually? I am not having this problem with McHenry or Lake counties.

That is correct, it is site 001 in your link. When I add DuPage in the software, it should automatically grab the corresponding "Du Page county - Simulcast (P2)" , but it does not. At least that is how other counties worked. I don't see how I can add them manually. I am using a Uniden BCD436HP. It works great on my old 396T.

I'm trying to replicate in Sentinel - I selected the DuPage County talkgroups and Sentinel added them to my favorites list along with all of the sites including the DuPage Simulcast....

Possible things that might be the/a problem....

Any chance you are trying to grab the site itself and not the DuPage department (talkgroups)?

There was a problem with many systems in the RRDB (stray garbage characters) causing issues. See below. How current is your database in Sentinel (I'm using 1/21/2018)?

Thank you for checking on that Troy, I appreciate it. I am indeed grabbing the 7 talkgroups that I want from the STARCOM category. I usually update weekly with the last one being this morning. I will blow them away and try again. It's just weird that it is only happening to this county for me.
