So, when clicking through Arizona Wireless Integrated Network System (AZ WINS) Trunking System, Statewide, Multi-State to get to the Wiki page for this system, I had noticed that the page was empty and proceeded to populate it as I was looking for some unknown TG collab - Arizona Wireless Integrated Network System (AZ WINS) - The RadioReference Wiki

Then I noticed there was already a Wiki page for this page that wasn't linked though the database entry for the system - Arizona Wireless Integrated Network System (Az Wins) - The RadioReference Wiki that was linked from the Arizona Trunked Systems Wiki.

I didn't want to contribute any further as to add to an redundant page. Could the latter Wiki page be added to the wiki link of the database entry for the above system as there is already some TG collab going on there?

The Wiki software is particular about capitalization in object titles (Wiki articles are objects), so that's why the two articles exist.

I copied the links and categories over from the Wins article to the WINS article. Does that cover what needs to be done? If so, I'll delete the Wins article.
