Durham PD System New Talkgroups?

So I have been fiddling around with sdrtrunk with my sdr radios I got and I notice 4 talkgroups show up that are not in the db. 420A, 420B both possibly at a school. I heard them talking about kids/someone hiding by the football field. Then also 41F0 and 41GG(obvious error) both encrypted and in the clear. Have not seen the 41GG again so I am not sure if I copied the group down wrong or an error in the stream. When I did hear in the clear it was purely Spanish.

Edit: Also just say a 4211, 470D,40E5,410D but limited chatter and seems to be schools. 420D might be parkwood elementry

Most people know them by the decimal which is 5 digits, not the hex. Are you sure these are from another system, as I do not see anything in the database above 41bx? If they are Durham TGs, see if you hear addresses or other identifying information and try to figure out the agency using them (PD, FD, other) and submit them to the database with the decimal conversion.

Yes this is coming off the Durham-Fayetteville system. A person on 420D mentioned parkwood elementary(but without context) which is in Durham(right down the street), so I am not sure if this is for them, or another school. I am setting up a new alias with just those group id's so maybe I can narrow down what they are. Most of them seem to be schools. I do not see anything in the Wake system or Viper with the encrypted groups. I will submit them to the db when I have more information.
