Looks like Kanawha, WV either case, theres some short to medium tropo going on...Ill upate this one if i further ID it...so just a heads up

This morning on the Transylvania County Fire Dispatch Repeater, NC, there was a lot of activity coming from a fire dispatch center in the Boston region hitting the input of 151.040.
