East Greenwich fire plus police Warwick Fire and Warwick PD

I'm using a home patrol 1. I've got a few depts that went from Analog to Digital. Am I able to program the digital Ricon phase 25 into my home patrol1 manually? If so how is it done? Finally did East Greenwich Police switch to Digital? I would need to know steps for Warwick Fd
East Greenwich Fire And East Greenwich Police.

Yes, you can program it into your HP1 using the Uniden Sentinel software for HP1.
East Greenwich is on RISCON, I don't know what the status of their analog channel is.

You just enter RISCON into the programming using Sentinel and set it.

Thank You for your time. As of yesterday my analog stopped working for east greenwich police. Where can I see that east greenwich police went on Riscon?
