Not sure if you will pick them up if you live in Woodbridge. Pick them up in Hamden with an outside antenna. Kind of in and out without one.

As stated East Haven Police and Fire are both P25 non trunked,

PD does have encryption capability and it has been being used for serious incidents as well as certain officers have been leaving it enabled on their portables.

Last week it was also "left enabled' on the PD dispatch side for a few days. once it was questioned it was turned off.
