There are only two that I know for sure W-Whisky means that an officer gave a warning after a 10-14 traffic stop And D-David means unfounded for example an officer is dispatched for a disabled vehicle on the trail if it's gone when he arrives on scene he will say 10-8 (back in service) D-David (unfounded) I hope that helps and I agree with you all of their alphabet codes are totally confusing

Thanks. I couldn't find any info online. I kinda guessed on W-Whiskey. They use some of these codes, like 10-95, an arrest/
person in custody. https://copradar.com/tencodes/tencodes.pdf
