Eastern Ontario - Active Frequencies

Hi, I'm in the west island of Montreal and was wondering about any active utility/business frequencies in E. Ontario that I could test from here. If you know if any, please pass them along.

Its a pretty long haul to Montreal if your up high enough search the LMRN 141-144 area and see if you hit any of the CC. New sites are being added to the eastern end of the province almost weekly.
