I am new to trunk scanning and I am looking at the Vancouver BC Canada WARS Trunking listing. I see the control channels and the Talkgroups, but I thought that there was also supposed to be LCN's for an EDACS system, and in fact my 246T requires them.

Are they there and I am just not seeing them, or do I have to somehow ferret them out for myself? If so, can someone help me figure out how to do that?

May I suggest you check in here.

Western Canada Radio Discussion Forum

There's likely to be a few ppl here that can help you out.

I was just looking at that listing of the database and I noticed in the System Frequencies section for that entry there are LCN numbers (small numbers) listed by the each frequency depending on the tower closest to you.

Enter them in in the order that they are in the chart the small 01,02,03....... before each frequency is the LCN

Lcn?

If the LCN is on this site I am obviously not recognizing it. I gather it isn;t a column that says 'LCN'. Is it possible for you to give me an example?

Sorry for my 'newbie-ness'...

The little grey numbers to the left of each frequency are the LCNs.
