Edison FD radio IDs

is edison using borrowed radios from the county until they get their own or get them all programmed, all their IDs are showing up 1235xxx. i believe the 35s are county dept radios since edison should be 1205xxx.

This has to do with availability of LIDS on the PSIC system. A lot to explain, but thats how the customer wanted them set up.
