Edit MyRR - can't rearrange

The Move handle is not available on any of the watch lists in MyRR/Edit. Specifically, the mouse pointer does not change to a hand and clicking-dragging with either mouse button has no effect.

I'm experiencing the same thing in Chrome Version 131.0.6778.140 (64-bit) on Windows 10.
