1 thing,look how many choices we had in 70's n before.
was like maybe 4 manufacturers of coax but lots of brands on the coax. then came ratshacks sponge coax poly foam
and we did have better grade of copper and pure lead solder. new copper is recycled and every dark spot in the wire is like steel melted in it. makes for higher heat to solder. ive still got lots of pure lead solder. it adheres to recycled wire decent .
