Emerson / River Vale

The last database submission says that Emerson is now using 155.1900 analog with a PL of 88.5 as their primary dispatch channel, as is River Vale. Can anybody who knows elaborate on what happened with their P25 conventional setup? I know River Vale is being dispatched by NWBC but haven't been in the area to listen in.....

Emerson still utilizes (as secondary means) their P25 infrastructure. We hear it (as it breaks PL quite often) through the consoles...
