Encrypt keys

Before you say, YES getting encryption keys is quit impossible but I've been hearing there's ways around the system. every single PD is encrypted....welcome to Florida. I own a unification G5 and i can insert encryption keys via programing. I heard you can bypass this and get access to keys, is this true? I would die to get a hold of these because i love listening to police! moving to Florida ruins the police scanning hobby but i don't want to waste this hobby.....please help!

Yeah..... That's not how that works. You're not going to be able to listen to any encrypted traffic unless you become an authorized user on the radio system.
