Encrypted agencies that are patched to a clear conventical channel or talkgroup

Does anyone know of any agencies that are fully encrypted on a conventional channel or trunked talkgroup then they are patched to a conventional channel or talkgroup in the clear. I realize this is a strange situation but I would be interested in knowing of any agencies that do that.

Chicago PD zones are all "ENC" however there is one zone i think zone 6 that is patched into the ILL Starcom System that is broadcast in the clear....If i don't have this completely correct someone can correct me ...I copy this on Tower 1-02 So Chicago Hts ,...I think the TG 34034 is where i hear it....

I was able to listen to the patch of minneapolis when the george floyd BS was going on. The PD was encrypted but the patch was not. Got some good information on the patch.

Only intermittently here on our IO talk-groups, but there are also encrypted IO talk-groups available locally to LE here that uses a shared patch key.

This is a little comical to me. Our fine County is close to having their unaffordable L3Harris toy, and I was in a packed meeting where the fine folk in charge told us that it us not possible to have a encrypted TG patched to a in the clear channel, that it would force the encrypted TG to be in the clear.
