Encrypted PD's?

I was browsing the Scan New England wiki, the Rhode Island page. I found a list of all towns on the digital system. There appears to be 10 towns in RI where the police radios are ENCRYPTED full time! I thought only Westerly and West Warwick PD was encrypted.

Did you look at the RISCON system in the RRDB? All of the encrypted talkgroups are clearly marked as such.

OK I didnt notice when I downloaded the RISCON data to my radio. I knew West Warwick and Westerly was encrypted so I deleted them, but must have missed the others.

It's a lot easier if you go to the RISCON page in a browser and look at the listings. DE = encrypted.
