If you've confirmed this then please submit a database update to get the mode updated to "TE" (full encryption) or "Te" (partial encryption) depending on which mode applies
Please hold off until you have actual confirmation that they are fully encrypted after a short time of monitoring. Please don't rush a submission based on one day's worth of monitoring, unless you or someone else is in the know.

I am so confused

So the 15921 - Groton City PD, is not encrypted or it is?
Or
15922, which is Groton City PD F2, is encrypted, and they've moved operations on to this channel from 15921?
Or
You're just confirming that comms on 15922 are encrypted?

15921 is back up as of yesterday morning following a bunch of radio tests. Apparently it was down for some sort of repair. All is well and back to normal. They used 15922 as a temporary alternative. 15921 is their primary operating channel and is not encrypted. All can rest easy.

Is that talkgroup patched with something else?
A single talkgroup doesn't just go down for repair, that's not how trunking works.
