BCT15X: Error Creating New System

I am using a UnidenBCT-15X scanner. I have downloaded one county but when I go to send them to my scanner, I get an error that says Error Creating New System. I am pretty new at this and would appreciate any suggestions.

I am using ARC15PRO. I downloaded conventional systems for Clay County in Florida. From the ARC15PRO I can launch the RadioReference under the Internet tab. Clicking on the Import button does not do anything.

I'm not familiar with that software, so I don't know what the issue is. Sorry.

I am using ARC15PRO. I downloaded conventional systems for Clay County in Florida. From the ARC15PRO I can launch the RadioReference under the Internet tab. Clicking on the Import button does not do anything.

You have to highlight (select) the system you want to import and then import it, then ARC will create a system that you can then edit it and then write it to the scanner.

ARC15 is for the BCT15. You need to use ARC-XT for the BCT15X.

Thanks! I had figured that out and ordered the AR XT Pro. Butel refunded my payment for the ARC15. Great Customer service!

I use freescan to program my BCT15x, it’s free and it works great and from what I seen online the two are very similar. I would try freescan to see if that works before spending $64-$100 on software.
