Error in IDTRACKER II

Hi,all never had a problem with this fine software before today.Tried to start it up today and received this error?ID Tracker II Version: 2.0.2
Module: modIDTracker Routine: Main

Error (429): ActiveX component can't create object Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance Mike

Try reinstalling using the complete setup kit.

I tried brscanning,But didnt help so I guess its a problem with microhard to get right ...Oh I mean Microsoft. I'm sure it is a problem with office.....thanks Mike

ID Tracker Error

There are only 2 things that I can think of that might cause this. One is the Microsoft Windows Scripting or the Flexgrid control. Reinstalling from the setup kit should resolve the Flexgrid issue.

You can try reinstalling scripting using this link:

Download details: Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP and Windows 2000

Hi,David I got it going by typing this in the command? regsvr32 scrrun.dll.How do I get it to follow my old files they come up on the logging bottom of screen but not what is in file?comes up as whats on scanner?I which I never had this problem ....lol was set up the way I wanted it now nothing?just shows whats on scanner I set to the files I wanted but still goes to whats on scanner?Oh and also new version wont work at all?Thanks in advance Mike

Make sure the "Data Path" in settings is pointing to your old files.

Not sure why that would happen. The latest version was only a minor change. I need some more detail. Do you get any errors?

Hi,Dave all going good again except new version I get make sure cc dump is turned off and or dsp they are.But probly from me messing with computer so much.I'm just glad I got it up and running again.Thanks Mike
